This year marks the 24th year of Rotary in our Club.

I am most grateful to our members for the confidence in placing the leadership on my shoulders.

Rotary Club of Changi has been recognised for our charitable outlook in and outside Singapore, our District and Internationally especially among our Sister Clubs.

Our close fellowship within our Club, especially among our families, is an example that many – even outside Rotary – admire.

I am indeed honoured to be amongst such distinguished men and women in our Club.

The numerous humanitarian projects forged by the Past Presidents and our members will be continued in our Club.

It is our simple desire, to reach out to as many within our Community, to serve everyone, a similar calling by RI President Kalyan Banerjee’s theme to REACH WITHIN TO EMBRACE HUMANITY that has been the guiding light of our Club since our Charter Day.

With these principles, we will be moving forward in all our endeavours and undertakings.

Let us therefore REACH WITHIN TO EMBRACE HUMANITY in true Rotary spirit.
